CEC provids construction management services to our clients beginning with the bidding process through project closeout.

CEC has developed bid documents, solicited and evaluated bids, and negotiated contracts for site development and environmental remediation projects.

During construction, CEC can direct contractor activities to meet specifications and schedule requirements.

This effort generally involves the monitoring of project costs and change orders. Finally, project close-out activities, including site restoration, project completion requirements, and final payments can be administered by CEC.
