CEC corresponds with regulatory agencies and consults available sources of information to collect the background information required for Environmental Reports and environmental permit applications. CEC can also coordinate with the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and other appropriate federal and state agencies regarding rare, threatened, and endangered plant and animal species.
