CEC staff produces reports that clearly identify the relevant information to identify existing conditions, potential construction and operation impacts, and proposed mitigation for each resource area. CEC produces all resource reports with the exception of Cultural Resources that will be subcontracted to a consultant acceptable to the client.
| CEC believes that preparation of an ER or other environmental documents (e.g., draft Environmental Assessments, DEA) is a highly interactive process. CEC works closely with client personnel and other stakeholders, as appropriate, to ensure that all parties have a clear and correct identification of the project and the facilities to be analyzed. |
