Bio

Mr. Lennon has more than 21 years of experience of civil site development and project management experience.  His civil site development experience includes economic development projects, industrial, rail, educational facilities, commercial, municipal, retail and public works projects for both the public and private sector clients. He has served as the primary point of contact for numerous large land development projects, leading a team of staff, and sub-consultants to design, permit, and construct projects with challenging development objectives and complex site constraints.
