Andrew has more than 18 years of experience in environmental engineering, remediation design, and consulting. His expertise lies in environmental investigation and remediation design; due diligence completing Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments; property redevelopment; industrial compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, NPDES, and Title V; vapor intrusion evaluations and mitigation; submittals of state and federal-level CAP’s/RWP’s; and liability valuations using Monte Carlo and RACER analyses. He has performed hundreds of cost-to closure evaluations and reserve estimates for many different clients and has acted as an expert witness and technical support in numerous state and federal litigation cases.

Andrew is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin.
