Ms. Taylor has over 30 years of experience working in high stress environments with rigid deadlines where strong time management and problem solving skills are essential. She has worked as a drafter and designer on engineering, structural, architectural, and civil projects, and her Project Management skills include project controls, feasibility studies, research, design, permit processing, logistics, budget oversight, and coordination with team partners. Ms. Taylor has extensive experience in Central Texas with site development permits, corrections and revisions, subdivision permits and plat processing for public, private, residential and commercial real estate projects coordinating with team partners including client planners, real estate professionals, architects, contractors, subcontractors and government permitting agencies.
