Mr. Syers is a Registered Professional Surveyor with 20 years of experience in surveying for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, municipal, railroad, roadway and construction projects in the greater Indianapolis area and across Indiana. Expertise in the field includes ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary retracement surveys, commercial and residential subdivisions, design topographic and utility surveys, conventional and aerial mapping, GPS and conventional control surveys, FEMA floodplain surveys, route and right-of-way surveys, site and building construction surveying, post-construction record drawing surveys, easement and legal descriptions. Mr. Syers leads the local Indianapolis office surveying operations that consists of a group of qualified land surveying professionals employing the latest technology in land surveying combined with reliable practices to meet the needs of our clients. Mr. Syers has extensive experience working in the Indianapolis area where detailed information regarding utilities, easements and rights-of-ways is imperative for complex engineering design surveys.
