Mr. Barnes has experience in performing and managing ecological projects throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Kansas. These projects include wetland delineations, stream and wetland mitigations and permitting, floodplain permitting, threatened and endangered (T&E) species habitat evaluations, T&E species specific surveys for the American burying beetle, stormwater pollution prevention plan development and inspections, budgeting, scheduling, technical writing, project oversight, and agency consultations. Mr. Barnes has field and management experience with oil and gas, the Oklahoma department of transportation, power generation and delivery, city and state government, and private development projects.
