Mr. Cleland has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of landscape architecture, planning, and engineering design for over $500 million in parks and recreation projects throughout the southwest. Specific expertise includes sports complex design (layout, drainage, irrigation, and lighting), lake and water feature design, park master planning and Smart Park design, park maintenance audit and budgeting, cost estimating, and construction observation and construction services for all types of park facilities. He is also utilized by municipalities for all types of public involvement facilitation and facilitating Creative Strategy Sessions, Storyboarding, Group Master Planning, and Design Consensus Meetings.
