Bio

Mr. Raibourn started out in 1991 as a CAD draftsman for a Civil Engineering firm, I cut my teeth analyzing survey data from the field and producing roadway and bridge plans for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). I received my Professional Land Surveyor’s License in 2006. I am currently working for a Civil Engineering/Land Surveying firm utilizing cutting edge technology for field equipment and software. My strongest asset is the ability to communicate a workflow for large, complicated, transactions to stakeholders through ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
