Mr. Escobar is a Chemical Engineer with experience in managing and executing work in the environmental industry. His technical expertise is in permitting, air dispersion modeling, emission calculations and auditing. He has extensive minor and major source permitting experience in several states including Colorado, Louisiana, Ohio, California and Texas, He has prepared air emission inventories, greenhouse gas inventories, RMP plans and hazardous waste/chemical substance reports for petrochemical, oil and gas companies, utilities, landfills, pharmaceuticals, carbon black, polyethylene/propylene polymer and various other chemical manufacturers to comply with federal legislation(i.e., Title V, NSR, MACT, NESHAP and NSPS, etc.). He also developed and audited environmental management information systems for Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical and Polymer facilities to manage their multimedia compliance requirements using web-based software and Microsoft Office products. Mr. Escobar has conducted multimedia compliance audits for petrochemical, utility, oil and gas companies, and petrochemical manufacturing facilities in US and Abroad.
