Mr. Massaro has over 26 years of experience with single-family, multifamily, commercial, and municipal projects. Projects have included Entitlement, Platting, Design, Approvals, Bidding and Construction phase services. Mr. Massaro has over 3 years of experience with municipal program management as an employee with the City of San Marcos, Texas. Program Management experience included Roadway, CDBG, Utility, Drainage, and Impact Fee Study projects totaling $65M total project cost.
