Mr. McMaster has over 15 years of experience (consulting and regulatory agency) with transportation, mining, industrial, municipal, energy (renewable and conventional), private, and commercial clients. His project focus has been with Section 401/404 permitting for wetland and stream impacts, OCRM Critical Area (saltwater) permitting, and compliance monitoring for a variety of DOT, in-water drilling, in-water ports, and commercial development projects.

Additionally, his technical skills include wetland and stream identification (Surface Water Identification Training and Certification), atypical/converted wetland analysis, vegetation surveys, threatened and endangered species habitat analysis, mitigation bank monitoring, technical writing, and construction compliance monitoring.
