Bio

Mr. Greer has more than 10 years of experience in the realm of project management, water resources design and civil/site development. He has worked with a variety of owners, developers, tenants and end-users to ensure successful project delivery throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Mr. Greer’s experience includes conceptual site layout, development of construction budgets, preparation of civil/site construction drawings and specifications, hydrologic analysis and design, design of erosion control BMPs, permitting through local, state and federal jurisdictions, water main/sanitary sewer main design and sanitary sewer rehabilitation design.  Additionally he is experienced in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcMAP, WaterCAD and Hydraflow Hydrographs.
