With over 35 years of civil and environmental engineering consulting experience, Mr. Imbus has contributed to a wide variety of projects ranging from feasibility studies to complex site, system, and infrastructure design. He is the engineer of record for numerous successful site developments across the U.S. His extensive background in real estate development includes greenfield and brownfield site development and restoration.
His civil engineering experience includes site due diligence; design of commercial and residential developments; State, County, and local highway permitting and design; water and sewer distribution systems; stormwater management systems; earth retention systems; and foundations. His project management and design expertise are strengthened by construction engineering experience.
Mr. Imbus is CEC’s National Client Manager for Costco Wholesale. Having served Costco for over 20 years, he has been involved with all aspects of Costco’s site development process from evaluation of potential sites through rehabilitation of aged facilities. He has assisted Costco with the siting of approximately 50 new warehouses and fuel facilities.
