Bio

Mr. Castillo has been the Project Manager and worked closing for several Flood Studies that have been conducted in the greater Austin Area. These studies include floodplain delineation, creation and modification HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS models.  Existing and proposed conditions with comparisons.  Modification of current City of Austin and San Antonio River Authority models.  He has also been involved in reviews and approvals of LOMRs and CLOMRs with FEMA.
