Mr. Mowery has over 45 years of professional experience in the environmental testing and consulting industry. He is knowledgeable in many types of air pollution testing and analytical procedures with special expertise in testing cement kilns, hazardous waste incinerators, coke ovens and coal-fired industrial boilers. He has developed methods for source-specific tests and written EPA-approved protocol and guideline documents for these tests. His experience includes cement manufacturing plants, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, incineration processes, refineries, steel and aluminum manufacturing, coal-, oil-, and gas-fired electric generating facilities, coal gasification facilities, nuclear facilities, and precious metal processing facilities.

His current duties include general management of the Knoxville Source Testing Group. Duties include assignment of personnel to projects and oversight of all testing projects to ensure each project is performed correctly and within budget. His duties also include project management and marketing for the Source Testing Group.
