Bio

Ms. Cupp is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of environmental consulting experience. Her air quality expertise extends to regulatory compliance audits, permitting, ambient air monitoring, dispersion modeling and project oversight of source emissions testing. She also assists clients with NPDES permit applications, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan certification, and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting.

Ms. Cupp has provided client-focused consulting services for numerous industrial facilities including: steel mills, lime manufacturing, sand and aggregate processing, asphalt plants, concrete plants, electricity generation (coal and biomass-fired boilers, oil and natural gas-fired turbines and RICE units), hot dip galvanizing, glass production, aluminum foundries, charcoal production and briquetting, wood treatment, pet food production, sawmills, and flooring and pallet mills.

She has assisted both major and minor air sources to obtain construction and operating permits with favorably negotiated permit conditions. She has provided CALPUFF dispersion modeling in support of PSD permitting in the Midwest. In addition, she has completed air emission inventories, developed compliance recordkeeping procedures, and determined the applicability of proposed, new and existing regulations for clients. She has provided oversight on multiple source testing projects for asphalt dryers, combustion turbines and thermal oxidizers.
