Mr. Murphy has over 20 years of broad based environmental consulting experience, with a focus on industry and mining/construction materials clientele.  His current focus is on client relationship development and management. Mr. Murphy is highly experienced in managing and completing national and international complex due diligence portfolios, encompassing both traditional Phase I/Phase II ESAs, as well as EH&S compliance audits and reviews, as well as permit gap analyses and managing reserve reviews for mining clients.  He has managed complex interdisciplinary environmental impact and permitting projects for mining and industry. He has completed numerous environmental permitting projects (air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste/RCRA) for industrial clientele.  He also has prepared associated compliance plans (SPCC, SPR, ICP, SWPPPs, and related plans) across numerous industries.  He also has completed storm water and wastewater treatment and compliance projects of varying complexity for industry and mining. Mr. Murphy has prepared, reviewed and/or managed over 200 environmental due diligence assessments and compliance audits as site assessor, environmental professional, project manager or senior technical reviewer.
