Mr. Dumdei has over 30 years of experience in federal and state New Source Review/Prevention of Significant Deterioration permitting for industrial facilities; current and developing federal and state regulatory air programs; major and minor source hazardous air pollutant regulations; development of emissions inventories for criteria, air toxics, and greenhouse gas pollutants; and greenhouse gas regulatory and voluntary programs, including emissions reporting and reduction methods.
