CEC St. Louis Welcomes Patrick Bennett, P.E.

Patrick brings more than 24 years of experience to CEC St. Louis, where he will expand the office’s footprint regarding professional services required for new developments, due diligence and feasibility reviews, conceptual designs, entitlement and zoning approvals, civil design, and plan submittal and permit approvals through all regulatory agencies. Patrick has served a variety of clients, including casual, quick-serve, and fast food restaurants; convenience and petroleum facilities; freestanding retail; and banks. His expertise runs the full spectrum of single projects to multi-site/multi-state programs.

Patrick is a registered Professional Engineer in 35 U.S. states and Canada’s province of Saskatchewan. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
