Data Center Complex Preliminary Design Services
Carbon Node East Development, LLC was seeking a civil engineering consultant to meet their permitting needs and project deadlines for the development of a high-capacity data center. CEC has a proven track record of delivering this type of large scale, complex project.
This project is located next to the existing Panther Creek Power facility, along Dennison Road in Nesquehoning Borough. The design includes unique challenges related to existing terrain/topography, earthwork balance, wetlands and stormwater management.
CEC is working in collaboration with Carbon Node East, Nesquehoning Borough, Carbon County Conservation District, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to develop a site plan that meets the project goals, community concerns and permitting requirements.
CEC has completed preliminary design and is now providing final design services associated with the 300-MW data center complex.
