CECWomen sponsored another book study open to all interested employees!

Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance by Angela Duckworth

More than 60 people participated in the CECWomen virtual book study from around the CEC footprint. Participants were split into groups and scheduled three 60-minute meetings to discuss the book. At each meeting, the groups discussed topics in the provided discussion guide as well as real-life challenges encountered at work.
