Meet Dan Reiter, Director of Talent Acquisition

As CEC continues to grow, we’re adapting; we’re raising the bar on what worked for us when we were a smaller company. Looking ahead, the people we bring in today will help steer CEC into the future. Dan talks about his new role and goals below.

In my past, I worked at other companies recruiting technical talent. I learned what works and what doesn’t work, the demographics of the field and other market data, and expectations about what those candidates—you, potentially!—are looking for.
