Mike Ellis brings 30 years of experience in environmental due diligence; environmental liability assessments, including estimates for mergers and acquisitions; multi-media environmental compliance assessments; site investigations, including characterization of soil groundwater, sediment, soil vapor, and indoor air; and remediation technology implementation to obtain risk-based closure criteria within federal and state regulatory frameworks.
Mike has directed a variety of restructuring and bankruptcy matters, and has directed and managed various site investigation, feasibility studies, and remediation activities on behalf of bankruptcy trustees at solvent recovery, solvent disposal, and legacy mining sites. In addition, Mike has directed and managed due diligence, compliance assessments, site investigations, and remediation at various locations throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia on behalf of multi-national companies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri.
The addition of Mike Ellis to the team in St. Louis broadens the environmental capabilities locally, regionally, and across the footprint of CEC.
