CEC Charlotte is pleased to welcome Todd Whittle to the team as a Principal in our waste management practice. Todd brings 30 years of diverse environmental engineering experience to our Charlotte office, where he will help foster continued growth across the solid waste market while establishing new client relationships in the Southeast and advancing the development of engineers in the practice.

Over his career, Todd has assisted in designing and reviewing landfill horizontal and vertical expansions, cell and closure construction projects, gas systems and liquids management and treatment systems. In addition, Todd has spent the past several years working with regulatory agencies to help manage PFAS impacts on landfill leachate, groundwater, and surface water.
