Columbus CEC iDEA team members and their families volunteered at the Columbus Pride Festival in support of Pride Month. Our volunteers helped serve beverages during the festival. The event served as the second-quarter volunteer effort for the Columbus team. The team continues to strive toward increasing inclusion, diversity, and opportunities within CEC to support our communities. The Columbus office will continue volunteer efforts through CEC iDEA every quarter.
CEC iDEA is a resource group within our firm whose goal is to promote a culture that welcomes and celebrates all walks of life and increases inclusion, diversity, and opportunities within CEC and our communities. CEC iDEA is eager to create a space for open and honest conversations, for people to share their experiences, and to collaborate on ways to promote new opportunities while endorsing a culture of inclusivity. At CEC, we know we can advance, diversity, equality, inclusion, and awareness together.
