CEC welcomes Amy Jagielski, P.E., to our Toledo office as a Principal in the Civil Engineering practice.
Amy brings nearly 30 years of civil engineering experience, spanning consulting, municipal infrastructure, and site and utility design. Her background includes leading engineering teams, managing complex multidisciplinary projects, developing proposals and fee estimates, and ensuring high-quality technical outcomes from planning through construction.
Her professional expertise covers a broad range of civil engineering services, including:
- Water, sewer, and utility infrastructure design
- Site development, subdivision planning, and drainage design
- Construction documents, plan review, and permitting support
- Hydraulic analysis, grading, and utility layout
- Client coordination and stakeholder communication
Amy has a strong history of mentoring engineering staff, balancing project workloads, managing budgets and schedules, and fostering productive client relationships. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Ohio and Michigan. Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Toledo and is proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS/mapping tools, and a variety of hydraulic and utility design software.
Her leadership, technical depth, and commitment to quality will further strengthen our Civil practice and enhance the value we deliver to our clients and communities.
