Mr. Donald Groesser is a professional land surveyor with more than 37 years of experience in all phases of land surveying operations, including research, fieldwork, construction control and staking, boundary analysis, legal descriptions and completion of final plats and documents for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, pipeline surveys, aerial control surveys, preparation of various statutory plats and other conveyance documents.  He has held positions from entry-level rod man, instrument technician, survey technician, project manager, department manager and small business owner.

Mr. Bainbridge possesses a background in civil engineering and land surveying. He has worked on everything from boundary surveys to large scale design projects.

Mr. Brooks is has over 13 years of design and permitting experience for numerous civil, environmental and commercial multi-disciplined projects.  His experience includes drafting and design, preparation of engineering calculations, technical report writing, and field construction monitoring.  The bulk of Mr. Brooks’ project experience is in the power industry, more specifically design and consulting for Combusted Coal Residual (CCR) facilities. Mr. Brooks’ education includes an Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting and Design from the ITT Technical Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Point Park University.  He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, with a concentration on Environmental Engineering.
