About CEC’s Environmental Training Courses (CEC/ETC): CEC/ETC was created to educate and keep our clients and others in the industrial/commercial community up-to-date on regulatory programs that affect them. The program is structured around a group of core environmental regulatory topics that cover the basic needs of attendees in the regulatory areas of air, water, and waste management compliance.

Rob Dlugos, P.G.
Mr. Dlugos, a Project Manager with CEC, has over 18 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has managed a diverse range of projects including site investigation/remediation, solid waste landfill characterization/permitting, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, and environmental compliance reviews. Mr. Dlugos has provided comprehensive environmental services to the waste industry including permitting, environmental compliance, alternative contaminant source demonstrations, and special waste handling plans. He has also managed numerous Phase I/II environmental assessments at a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including mining, steel making/recycling, automobile shredding and recycling, commercial shopping centers, and dry cleaners. He has completed projects under a variety of state and federal regulatory programs, including RCRA, CERCLA, UST, NPDES, and US EPA Brownfields.
Andrew McCorkle, P.G., C.P.G.
Mr. McCorkle has 30 years leadership experience in the environmental industry, including six years environmental management for a major oil company, more than 20 years project/program management for international consulting firms, and two years geotechnical field experience. He has expertise in hydrocarbon/ petrochemical investigation and remediation, large-scale environmental project management, federal and state environmental regulations, risk-based corrective action, environmental/risk communication, legal issues related to contaminated property, and hydrogeologic data interpretation.
