In this course you’ll learn the basic concepts of jurisdictional waters (streams and wetlands) identification and delineation, what indicators are used by regulators to define streams and wetlands, what distinguishes waters from uplands or exempt non-jurisdictional features, and why pre-construction delineations are important for due diligence and compliance!
