ETC: Sampling & Managing Environmental Data

Mr. Burnette has over 30 years’ experience in developing analytical and management applications related to land, ecosystem, and natural resources issues.  He has extensive expertise in developing both desktop and web interfaces to complex databases.  He has adapted and applied numerical models for surface water hydrology.  He also specializes in the application of GIS technology and has developed numerous custom GIS applications.  His knowledge of mathematics and physics has been useful in air dispersion projects, where he has modified and implemented regulatory models.  Mr. Burnette is well-versed in systems analysis, environmental modeling, information management, and cost analysis.  He has an excellent ability to understand the client's business model and data needs, and to develop a data model that meets those needs.  He has presented papers at many conferences, and has conducted numerous training seminars.

Mr. Antonacci is a licensed Professional Geologist with nearly ten years of experience in the environmental industry. He has managed a diverse range of projects including site investigation and remediation; solid waste landfill characterization, permitting, and reporting; hydrogeologic and geochemical investigations and geostatistical data analysis; Phase I and II environmental site assessments; and USEPA RCRA Facility Investigation and closure.  Mr. Antonacci has provided comprehensive environmental services to the environmental industry and routinely coordinates with multiple stakeholders, including facility owners, regulators, sampling teams, and analytical laboratories. Mr. Antonacci manages a team of professionals who perform site investigations, geochemical evaluations, complete compliance reporting requirements, install and abandon monitoring wells and other compliance monitoring points, prepare permit applications, and assist with NPDES sampling and reporting. Mr. Antonacci has extensive field sampling experience and now oversees the successful execution of field work performed by other professional members of the team.  Some of Mr. Antonacci's field experience includes soil boring and monitoring well installation using multiple drilling techniques, groundwater sampling via multiple techniques, surface water sampling, and surface soil and subsurface soil sampling.
