PFAS and the Solid Waste Industry

August 1, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

What do we know about where PFAS is being found and at what concentrations?  How is PFAS already impacting multiple facets of the solid waste industry from leachate management to due diligence for mergers and acquisitions?  What is on the horizon as proposed regulations and the litigation-driven risk management insert PFAS into decisions such as waste acceptance, storm water management, and environmental monitoring and remediation?
