Beth has more than 15 years of engineering experience, ranging from structural analysis and design, project management, business development, operations, facility planning and management. In her experience, she has worked within the government and healthcare systems as well as within the consulting industry.  Within her consulting experience, she has provided structural engineering design services for the federal, industrial, public, educational, religious, retail, residential and commercial sectors.  She has designed structures composed of structural steel, light gauge steel, aluminum, concrete, masonry and wood.

Mr. Lee is a professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience. His years of structural engineering design experience include heavy industrial, commercial, residential, and renovation projects. Since 2017, Mr. Lee has primarily worked on heavy industrial projects servicing steel and aluminum processing facilities including the design of steel building structures, crane girders, base plate and anchor rods, pier and foundations, and foundation piling designs. Mr. Lee’s project management experience has been utilized to successfully lead projects including writing proposals, client interface, lead teams across multiple offices, and meet deliverable dates.
