Aaron Reynolds is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) with extensive real estate development experience both as a consulting engineer and working directly for owners including a public Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), a private Industrial focused developer, and a private retail/mixed used development company. 

Mr. Reynolds has experience providing project management and engineering design of complex industrial, commercial, residential, institutional, and municipal developments. Working directly for developers/owners, he understands the unique aspects of real estate development and interactions with owners, the public, and end users. Mr. Reynolds has experience balancing good design elements with cost-effective solutions for design, construction, and ownership cost implications.
