Bio
Mr. Gullone has more than 22 years of civil engineering and site development experience which include solar, commercial, and industrial projects. The last five years his focus has been in the renewable energy market and has worked on several solar projects within the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Georgia. Mr. Gullone serves as the point of contact, team leader, and quality reviewer as he manages large, multi-practice projects in the solar industry.
As a team leader, Mr. Gullone coordinates the field investigation services (survey, ecological, cultural resources, environmental, and geotechnical) with the owners, developers, and/or land agents for schedule and site access. He distributes the field work results to his design team to begin the site layout, grading, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design for the project.
Mr. Gullone’s permitting knowledge includes National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permits for Discharge of Stormwater During Construction Activities; local Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ) Land Use and Land Development, County Conservation District E&S Permitting; and Municipal and State Highway Occupancy Permits.
