Bio

Bob is a Principal, Transportation and Structural Engineer for CEC. His diverse experience includes the design and project management of projects involving various aspects of transportation improvements, as well as municipal engineering projects. He has been involved with the replacement or rehabilitation of bridges, local roadways, and highways, as well as municipal engineering including waterlines, sanitary sewers, drainage improvements and bank stabilization. His project responsibilities have included project principal, project manager, project engineer, and design engineer. He has also provided public involvement services on major projects. His local knowledge coupled with his technical abilities help him to work closely with stakeholders to understand the project issues.
