Mr. Smith has over 23 years in the Engineering and Environmental Consulting business. Primary responsibilities include project management, data management and statistical analysis, and technical document preparation. Mr. Smith is also proficient with remediation design and budgeting, and regulatory agency discussions/negotiations. Primary areas of experience include brownfields, RCRA Closures, groundwater monitoring projects (including municipal, industrial, and C&D solid waste facilities, RCRA, and Ohio VAP), environmental site assessments, NPDES permitting and monitoring, and underground storage tank (UST) removals and closures.

Brownfield experience includes Ohio VAP, West Virginia WVDEP VRP, Texas Risk Reduction Program, Alabama VCP, U.S. EPA Brownfield Assessment Grants, Ohio DOD Grants, and JobsOhio Grants. Mr. Smith is also experienced with human health and ecological risk assessments.
