Mr. Lantz has engineering experience in designing and managing natural gas, commercial, and roadway projects. His experience over the past eight years has been focused exclusively on natural gas projects. He has been responsible for managing all aspects of natural gas projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, drawing preparation, permitting approvals and negotiations, utility coordination, construction inspection, and cost estimating. Mr. Lantz serves as the primary point of contact with the client team, regulatory personnel, and external team members throughout the life of a project.

Mr. Lantz has prepared and received approval for various permits, including Erosion and Sediment Control General Permits (ESCGPs), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits, Highway Occupancy Permits, Chapter 105 General and Emergency Permits, and Joint PADEP/USACE Permits in Pennsylvania; Horizontal Well Site Construction Permits, NPDES Permits, Highway Occupancy Permits, and 401/404 permits in Ohio; and Oil & Gas Construction General Permits, 6A Horizontal Well Permits, Highway Occupancy Permits, and 401/404 Permits in West Virginia.
