Mr. Potvin is an experienced engineering manager with extensive planning, design, and construction management experience. A Professional Engineer with over 26 years of experience, Mr. Potvin’s engineering and management skills provide a unique, results-driven perspective providing full-spectrum support to both private and public sector clients on infrastructure development projects. Highly adept at managing multidiscipline projects, Mr. Potvin excels at driving critical path activities to completion within extremely aggressive schedules and budgetary constraints.

Mr. Potvin is skilled in designing and managing the development of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use real estate development projects throughout New England. He has served as the overall project manager for numerous large, multi-disciplinary land development projects, leading a team of managers, staff, and sub-consultants to design, permit, and construct projects with challenging development objectives and complex site constraints. Mr. Potvin is experienced managing the land development permitting process with local boards and entities as well as state and federal regulatory agencies. His areas of technical expertise include site development feasibility studies, site layout and land planning, stormwater management and water quality design, site grading, erosion and sediment control design, cost estimating, and utility design.
