Bio

Mr. Reilly has over 40 years of engineering experience working in remediation, industrial wastewater, and compliance programs for industries throughout the United States and locations in Europe and the Far East.  He has used his educational background and experience to design and implement cost effective remediation, treatment and process enhancements for these industries.  The industries include aerospace; chemical manufacturing; electronics manufacturing; food; pharmaceuticals; oil and gas production and refining; optical fiber manufacturing; and primary metal manufacturing.

He has direct experience working in CERCLA, RCRA and various state remediation programs as technical lead, regulatory expert and remediation program management.
