Ms. Dal Bello has consulting experience in Brownfield Environmental Site Assessments and soil and groundwater remediation. As an Environmental Scientist and Assistant Project Manager, Ms. Dal Bello has conducted many Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for numerous contaminated sites under due diligence, provincial/state, and federal approaches. She has prepared pollution prevention statement reports for MassDEP, and environmental site assessments, air quality monitoring reports, and soil delineation and remediation reports for agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, and pipeline clients. She has implemented various environmental and geotechnical drilling, groundwater monitoring, indoor air quality assessment, and soil vapor assessment programs in the field. Ms. Dal Bello has managed multiple due diligence-based projects consisting of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater monitoring programs, and soil investigations. Ms. Dal Bello is also skilled in other tasks including regulatory correspondence, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and report writing.
