Chad has more than 23 years of experience and meets the definition of an Environmental Professional as per the ASTM Standard E1527-13. He specializes in Phase I, II and III ESAs, asbestos/lead-based paint surveys, and soil and groundwater monitoring. He is highly knowledgeable in conducting all aspects of a Phase I ESA to include the regulatory records search, site reconnaissance, interview, and report development. He is also experienced in a variety of environmental sampling methods, sample analysis, and data analysis. His Phase II experience includes exploratory boring and soil sampling to identify subsurface contamination at former gasoline service stations, subsurface soil sampling at former drycleaner sites, groundwater monitoring at a State Assurance Fund site, and air monitoring and maintenance of remedial systems.
