Mr. Kimbell has more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in land development. He has extensive design and management experience involving stormwater, storm drain, erosion and sediment control, water and wastewater systems, roadways, food control and water quality ponds in a variety of market sectors and in both urban and suburban environments. He has a vast knowledge of the city of Austin and Central Texas with valuable jurisdictional connections.
