Mr. Griebling is a Professional Engineer with experience in the engineering consulting field working in both the private and public sectors. He has extensive design and analysis experience in civil engineering and water resources including; Certified Floodplain Management, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Permitting, FEMA flood impact studies and map revisions, stream restoration bioengineering and natural channel design, stream restoration construction oversight, utility pipeline stream exposure design, dam safety inspection, dam breach modeling, dam engineering, and emergency action planning, hydrologic and hydraulic studies with GIS Integrated HEC-RAS river modeling, natural gas pipeline rehabilitation and permitting, public and private utility design, site development design, roadway and small bridge design, stormwater collection, detention systems, and NPDES Phase II stormwater quality design and permitting compliance.
Mr. Griebling has managed many construction projects upon entering the design-consulting field. His responsibilities included: bid process management, project estimation, scheduling, construction oversight, hosting progress meetings, on-site design problem solving, and communications with design consultants on design/build projects. This early construction field experience has strengthened his design abilities.
