Ms. Guy-Baker specializes in capital improvements projects, municipal engineering, hydraulic design of bridge/culverts, floodplain revisions, flood impact studies and map revisions, watershed analysis and planning, stormwater collection and detention system design, stormwater control measure design, MS4 permit compliance, erosion and sediment control design, stormwater ordinance development, and NPDES stormwater permitting and compliance. She thrives on the unique challenges of troubleshooting stormwater related problems while collaborating with various municipalities throughout Middle Tennessee. Ms. Guy-Baker leverages her skills in project management and problem-solving to develop effective solutions that are tailored to her clients’ needs.
