Bio

Mr. Kane is a registered Professional Engineer with and provides expertise in civil engineering design for various commercial, residential, retail, industrial and linear developments in both the private and public sector.  He has been responsible for all aspects of land development projects, including site layout, grading, storm water management, sanitary sewer design, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, erosion and sediment control, permitting, utility coordination and design, cost estimating, and drawing preparation. He is well-versed in municipal and county planning codes and procedures, as well as state and federal permitting requirements. In addition, Mr. Kane is proficient in the use of many computer programs, including, AutoCAD, Civil3D, HydroCAD and HEC-RAS.

Mr. Kane has prepared, submitted and received approval for various permits, including erosion and sedimentation control permits, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits for discharge of stormwater during construction activities, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Erosion and Sediment Control General Permits for Oil and Gas (ESCGP-1/2), West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) Oil and Gas Construction Stormwater General Permits (O&G/CSGP); municipal and state highway occupancy and encroachment permits, and municipal land development and land operations permits.
