Curtis is a national leader in Federal Environmental Services and an accomplished Federal Program Manager with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex programs at the intersection of environmental compliance, environmental restoration, and emergency response. Curtis’s career is focused on federal markets and mission partners, including DoD and Civilian Agencies, supporting both day-to-day regulatory execution and high-consequence incidents that demand disciplined coordination, rapid decision-making, and defensible documentation.
As a program and project leader, Curtis has directed RCRA/CERCLA investigations, permitting, feasibility studies, remedial design and execution, and performance-based remediation—managing large multidisciplinary teams and high-visibility stakeholders while maintaining strong cost, schedule, safety, and quality performance. Curtis also pairs technical credibility with modern program enablement, leading enterprise software, workflow automation, and GIS/data management solutions that improve situational awareness, regulatory traceability, and field-to-executive reporting. This blend of federal-client trust, incident response command experience, and technology-forward delivery positions Curtis to lead nationwide environmental services portfolios and complex federal programs from strategy through execution.
