David Sebastian is a licensed professional surveyor in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. David has managed projects utilizing conventional survey equipment, small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS), and terrestrial 3D scanning. David has experience in multiple markets ranging from Residential surveys, Commercial Real Estate, Mining, Oil and Gas, and railroad systems. He has performed ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, construction staking, boundary retracement, subdivision/consolidations, and elevation certificates.
