David has over 24 years of civil engineering expertise, specializing in project management, site design, permitting, and construction oversight for a diverse range of projects. His experience spans from residential subdivisions, multi-family residential developments, commercial shopping plazas, retail stores, cannabis cultivation and dispensaries, to large-scale ground-mounted solar arrays, and public safety and public works buildings. He is a licensed professional engineer in seven northeastern states and oversees engineering responsibilities for various clients in the residential, commercial, solar development and public sector development arenas.
